Terms of Service

UI Verify captures screenshots of your user interface, compares them against approved baselines, applies an automated review to distinguish intended changes from regressions, and reports results back to your source-control and CI systems. We continuously improve the Service and may add, change, or remove features.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials, which are managed through our authentication provider. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• upload content you do not have the right to submit, or that infringes the rights of others;
• reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• circumvent usage limits, metering, or plan entitlements.

You retain all rights to the screenshots, source references, and metadata you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant us a worldwide, limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including automated visual review. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit it. Our handling of Customer Content is described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Usage is metered in snapshots; usage beyond your plan’s included amount is billed at the published per-snapshot rate. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the following billing cycle. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable.

The Free plan is provided at no cost, subject to the limits described on our pricing page. We may modify or discontinue the Free plan at any time.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as GitHub and your CI provider. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to our marks. If you send us feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it to improve the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Visual testing is a tool that helps you catch visual changes; it does not guarantee that every defect will be detected. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay fees when due. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will delete or return Customer Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal proceedings.
