Invite your team to visual review

Visual review is a team job: the more people who can look at a flagged change and accept or reject it, the faster a pull request moves. UI Verify lets an owner invite teammates two ways, add anyone by email, or pick colleagues the tool already knows contribute to your repo, and both land the same place: a pending invite that becomes a membership the moment the person signs in.

Team owners. Inviting and canceling invites are owner-only actions; a member can review changes but not change who has access. You invite from your project setup page or from team settings.

1. Open your project setup page or team settings.
2. Type the teammate's email and choose their role, member or owner.
3. Send the invite. They get an email with a link to join.

The invite is claimed automatically on sign-in: when the person registers or logs in with that email, they join the team, no extra step. If they already have a UI Verify account, the email is a sign-in link instead of a fresh signup.

When your team has connected its GitHub organization, the setup page shows an invite picker: the people who already contribute to the repo you are testing. Pick the ones you want and send. A colleague who already has a UI Verify account is badged so you can tell at a glance. You never have to look up anyone's email, UI Verify resolves it for you when you select them, and a colleague's email is never shown in the picker.

Yes. Select several colleagues, add a few emails, and send them together, up to 30 in one go. Anyone already on the team is skipped, so re-sending is safe.

Open the members page, find the pending invite, and cancel it. A canceled invite can no longer be claimed on sign-in, so the person will not join unless you invite them again.

Members see the team's projects and builds, review flagged visual changes, and accept or reject baselines. Owners can additionally invite and remove people and connect GitHub. Every member's email is visible to the team once they have joined, exactly like any teammate's.
