What it does

For @uiverify/bun archive-replay captures: the page your bun test drives is baked into a static archive at test time, so the fix for a flaky diff is to drive the page or component to one canonical state before the snapshot. A symptom-to-lever checklist for the variation you probably have.

Run it when a Bun visual test diffs every run for no real reason.
  • Covers the clock, live data, animations, randomness, and fonts in the pages your tests drive.
  • The lever is almost always: stop the variation at record time.
  • Works for real pages behind run() and for component pages served with serveBundle().
